摘要 为更好地培养学生的科研与创新能力,将LNG储罐管路漏热影响的研究内容引入实验教学当中。利用ANSYS进行仿真实验,分别对管路的直径、壁厚和长度对储罐漏热的影响以及相同管路下不同保温层导热系数的漏热规律进行研究,获得漏热影响规律,便于学生理解。通过该教学和科研相结合的仿真实验,提高了教学效果,有利于提高学生的仿真实验能力和培养学生运用实验手段解决科研问题的能力。 In order to better train the students' scientific research and innovation ability,the research content of the pipeline heat leakage influence of the LNG( liquefied natural gas) storage tank is introduced into the experimental teaching. By using the ANSYS( analysis system),the simulation experiment is carried out. The influence of the pipeline diameter,the wall thickness and the length on the heat leakage of the storage tank,and the heat leakage law of thermal conductivity with the different insulation layers in the same pipeline are studied respectively. The influence law of heat leakage is obtained,and it is easy for the students to understand. Through the simulation experiment with the combination of the teaching and scientific research,the teaching effect is improved,which is helpful to enhance the students ' ability for the simulation experiment and cultivate the students ' ability to solve the problems of scientific research by means of the experiment.
