关于“十三五”农业部重点实验室建设的思考

Thinking on construction of key laboratories of Ministry of Agriculture for Thirteenth Five-Year Plan

在总结农业部重点实验室建设历程、建设布局、建设投资、管理运行和建设成效的基础上,分析了新时期对农业部重点实验室建设的新要求。在"十三五"规划的基础上,提出了巩固已有基础、调整优化布局、加强投资建设、提高资源共享、集中优势资源、进行协同创新、完善评估考核、强调管理监督等基本策略。

Based on the summary of the construction process,the construction layout,the construction investment,the management operation and the construction effect of the key laboratories of Ministry of Agriculture,the new requirements for the construction of such laboratories in a new period are analyzed. On the basis of the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan,the basic strategies are put forward to consolidate the existing foundation,adjust and optimize the layout,strengthen the investment construction,improve the resource sharing,focus on superior resources,carry out the coordinated innovation,improve the assessment,emphasize the management and supervision,etc.
