实验室是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的重要场所,并随着高职教育改革的不断发展,分析了高职院校实验室资源管理方面存在的一些问题,探讨了实验室资源管理的有效方式,提出了推进高职院校实验室资源管理的策略,以便更好地为培养创新型实践技能人才服务。

The laboratory is an important place to train students＇ practical ability and innovative ability. With the continuous development of the reform of higher vocational education,some problems existing in the laboratory resource management in higher vocational colleges are analyzed,the effective methods for such management are discussed,and the strategy for promoting laboratory resource management in higher vocational colleges is proposed so as to better serve the training of innovation-oriented talents with practical skills.
