北京地区足部X线测量的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Measurement of the Radiography of the Foot in Beijing

目的 :旨在得出国人足部X线片与发病及治疗有关的参考数据 ,用以指导国人足疾病的诊断和治疗 ,减少手术并发症 ,提高治疗的成功率。方法 :对 12 0个正常成人和 115个外翻病人的足正位X线片的 12个项目进行了测量。对 2组结果进行对照性分析。结果 :通过测量 ,得出了正常人相关的足部X线片的测量数据 ,以及外翻病人这些数据的变化。结论 :测量结果表明 ,这些数据对足部疾病的诊断和治疗有一定指导意义 ,大多数数据与国外报道有明显区别。如继续模式化地使用国外数据或术式治疗国人足部疾病 ,显然欠科学性及合理性。如此将会出现诸多术后并发症 ,从而降低了治疗效果 ,值得以后临床上予以高度重视。

Objective:To get the data in X ray radiography of Chinese normal foot and foot disease to guide the diagnosis and therapy of Chinese foot diseases and to reduce complications of operation,and improves the effect of therapy.Method:To measure 12 items in anteroposterior radiography of foot in 120 normal feet and 115 hallux valgus,the 2 groups were analyzed.Result:The author get the data of anteropsterior radiography of foot in normal Chinese and Chinese with hallux valgus.Conclusion:The data is able to guide the diagnosis and therapy of Chinese foot diseases.Most of these data are found having significant difference with reports of foreigners,so the data and surgical methods of foreigners is not fit for therapy of Chinese foot diseases.We should pay attention to the differences in clinic to reduce complications of operation and improve the effect of therapy.
