摘要
一个企业内部的公共关系,对于企业的发展来说非常重要,它影响决定着企业是否能够形成一种团结和谐合作的工作氛围。若内部关系处理的好,则员工们会互相帮助有效协作,共同积极为企业做贡献,提升企业效益,促进企业做大做强;相反,若内部关系不好,则会影响企业整体工作氛围,影响效益。以昭通千龙文化传播有限公司进行案例的分析,分析影响企业内部公共关系的因素,并研究针对这些影响因素,如何来改进企业内部的公共关系。
A public relations within the enterprise is very important for the development of the enterprise, it determines whether the enterprise can form a harmonious working atmosphere of unity and cooperation. If the internal relationship is good,the staff will help each other and effective cooperation, jointly make a positive contribution to the enterprise, improve enterprise efficiency, promote enterprises bigger and stronger; on the contrary, if the internal relationship is not good, it will affect the overall business environment, affect the benefit. Analysis of the propagation in Zhao Tong Qianlong culture limited case, analyze the influencing factors of internal public relations, and research in view of these factors, how to improve the public relations within the enterprise.
