自主神经功能失衡在心房颤动(房颤)的发生和发展过程中起着重要的作用。交感神经活性被认为有利于房颤的触发,心房交感神经萌发及交感神经重构则促进了房颤的维持。支配心脏的交感神经主要来源于星状神经节,直接干预星状神经节可以诱发或抑制房颤,而低强度刺激迷走神经、脊髓、颈动脉压力感受器或消融心脏神经丛、Marshall韧带都可以通过间接降低星状神经节交感活性来抑制房颤。星状神经节可能成为房颤治疗的新靶点。
Objective This paper intends to analyze the food intolerance of patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),and to provide references for nursing care of patients.Methods A total of 264 patients with IBD from Jan.2015 to Dec.2016 at Shanghai Tenth People′s Hospital were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)for 14 food allergen-specific IgG antibodies.The distribution of patients with single food intolerance and multiple food intolerance were analyzed.Afterwards,the IBD patients of food intolerance were intervened by diet,and then the effects of diet intervention was evaluated.Results The ulcerative colitis(UC)patients have 10 kinds of food-specific IgG antibodies,while the Crohn′s disease(CD)patients have 12 kinds of food-specific IgG antibodies.The highest rates of intolerance were egg yolk and egg white.In UC and CD patients,the intolerance incidence of two types of food was 27.14%and 39.69%,followed by 15.71%and 27.84% of the 3 to 5 types of food intolerance.The proportion of patients who tolerate more food was relatively low.The IBDQ scores of patients with food intolerance have varying degrees of improvement.The intestinal symptoms,emotional function and social function of patients were significantly improved(P〈0.05)especially after 2 and 4 months of dietary intervention.Conclusion According to the food intolerance of IBD patients,a suitable diet plan is designed to guide IBD patients to change their dietetic habits and dietetic varieties,which can further improve the patients′intestinal symptoms,enhance their emotional and social functions,and improve their quality of life.
