平板运动试验诱发血管迷走性晕厥一例 被引量:1

摘要 平板运动试验常用于诊断劳力性心绞痛及与运动相关的心律失常,但可能诱发血管迷走性晕厥等其他疾病。故行平板运动试验前应详细询问患者病史;运动中密切关注患者状态、心率及血压变化;发生风险事件时应立即对症处理,并做好急救准备。本文分析平板运动试验诱发的一例血管迷走性晕厥。
