摘要
针对1 000 MW机组超超临界汽轮机停机时,调节级金属温度、中压缸内壁金属温度下降速度缓慢的问题,着重介绍中电投河南电力有限公司平顶山发电分公司在1#机停运后实施的快冷方案,实现了汽轮机快速、安全停机冷却,大大缩短了汽轮机组停机后冷却时间,节省检修工期,提高机组可用系数。其经济效益和社会效益显著,对同类百万机组具有较大的参考性和应用价值。
According to the regulating stage metal temperature and slow decline in metal temperature of inner wall in intermediate pressure cylinder when 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine was shutdown, this paper mainly introduced the fast-cooling program of 1#turbine of Pingdingshan Power Branch of Henan Electric Power Co., Ltd. of State Power Investment Corporation,when it was shut down. As a result, fast and safe cooling was achieved after the turbine was shutdown, greatly reducing the cooling time, saving the overhaul time and improving the availability index of the unit. It has remarkable economic and social benefits,providing great references and value for millions of units of the same type.
