摘要
用硅酸钠与硫酸亚铁制备无机高分子混凝剂聚硅酸铁,考察硅酸聚合温度对聚硅酸铁分子结构及混凝性能的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,温度越高越促进硅酸聚合,强化了骨架硅与铁原子的同晶取代。X-射线衍射(XRD)显示物料单体相互络合生成无定型聚合物,且PSF-50℃相对于其他三类混凝剂,存在一种新络合的化学结构,有利于混凝性能的发挥。
Prepared of inorganic polymer coagulant polysilicate ferric( PSF) from sodium silicate and ferrous sulfate,the effect of polymerization temperature on the molecular structure and coagulation properties of PSF were investigated. The results indicated that within a certain range,the temperature promoted the polymerization reaction of silicic acid and strengthened the isomorphous substitution with the skeleton of silicon and iron atoms. X-Ray diffraction( XRD) showed that the monomers interacted with each other to form amorphous polymers. PSF-50 ℃ generated a new complex chemical structure which conduced to the performance of coagulation.
