摘要 研发了一种无残渣共聚物压裂液。共聚物压裂液以丙烯酰胺-衣康酸-乙烯吡咯烷酮的三元共聚物为稠化剂,其分子量为100万,溶解速度快,使用浓度为0.3%~0.5%。以有机铝离子配合物作为交联剂,最终优选出了低、中高温共聚物压裂液配方。该压裂液交联时间易控制、压裂液破胶彻底、没有残渣、具有清洁压裂液的特点,可有效减小瓜胶压裂液对低渗透、碱敏储层的二次伤害,适合于低渗、特低渗油气储层的压裂改造。 A new residue-free copolymer fracturing fluid system was developed. The thickener was copolymer of acrylamide/itaconic acid/vinylpyrrolidone with molecular weight 100 million,it dissolved fast and operates easily in field,and can meet the demands of fracturing operation with the concentration of 0. 3%and 0. 5%. The crosslinker was the organic aluminum ion complex,according to difference temperature conditions,low middle and high temperature formulations of fracturing fluids were optimized. This copolymer fracturing fluids had good performances of delaying crosslinking,temperature and shearing resistance,and no residue was left after gel breaking. It had the characteristics of cleaning fracturing fluid,can effectively reduce the secondary damage of guar gum fracturing fluid for low permeability,alkali sensitivity reservoir,and was suitable for low permeability of oil and gas reservoir by fracturing.
