摘要
以蚕茧为原料,运用不同的交联法对其进行改性,然后低温炭化制备出3种炭材料,分别为CJ200、CJ200-UF和C200J,并用3种炭材料分别对几种重金属离子Cu^(2+)、Al^(3+)、Fe^(3+)的吸附性能进行研究。结果表明,C200J吸附性能最好,对Cu^(2+)吸附量明显增大,对Fe2+、Al^(3+)基本不吸附,其比表面积较小,吸附主要靠表面的含氮官能团,符合Langmuir单分子层化学吸附,在25℃时,最大吸附量为23.78 mg/g,其吸附量随温度升高而增加,随p H的增大而增大。
The research applies different crosslinking methods on the cocoon to make it modificate,then three kinds of carbon materials( CJ200,CJ200-UFand C200J) were prepared by low-temperature carbonization and then respectively studies the adsorbability to heavy metal ions( Cu(2+),Al(3+)and Fe(3+)) with them. The results show that the adsorbability of C200 Jis the best. The adsorption of Cu(2+)increased significantly,but almost no adsorption of Fe2 +and Al(3+),and its adsorption area is small. The adsorbability mainly depends on the nitrogen-containing functional groups on the surface,which adheres to monomolecular chemical adsorption of Langmuir. When the temperature is 25 ℃,the maximum adsorption capacity is 23. 78 mg/g,the adsorbability increases with the temperature,increase of p H.
