摘要
综述了近年来Pickering乳液在化学工业与高分子材料、生物医药及制剂、食品安全与加工、化妆品复配等领域的应用研究进展。阐述了纳米固体颗粒在不同领域的基本理化性质、使用特点、适用范围和配制方法。最后指出,随着纳米固体颗粒朝接枝、交联、复配等研究方向发展。Pickering乳液凭借其优异性质,在日用化学工业中的应用将更加广泛。
Summaries Pickering emulsion which application in chemical industry and polymer materials,biological medicine and preparation,food safety and processing,cosmetic compound research progress in recent years. Expounds the basic physicochemical properties of different nano solid particles which characteristics,scope of application and preparation method in different fields. Finally,pointed out that with nano solid particles towards grafting,crosslinking,compound deepening research. Pickering emulsion with its excellent properties which applications in the daily chemical industry will be more extensive.
