主要介绍近红外光谱技术在国内外的研究进展和应用进展。详细的概述了近红外光谱技术在国内外甘蔗制糖产业中的应用研究进展。近红外光谱技术在国外甘蔗制糖产业中已经形成一定的规模和标准。国内近红外光谱技术在甘蔗制糖产业中的研究发展迅速,备受关注。根据国内外研究发展现状,展望了国内近红外光谱技术在甘蔗制糖产业中的应用前景和发展趋势。
The research and application progress of near infrared spectroscopy was introduced. An outlet of the near infrared spectrum technology at home and abroad has been drawing. A detailed overview of the near infrared spectrum technology in the application research progress of cane sugar manufacturing industry has been summarize. Near infrared technology has become standard for cane sugar manufacturing industry in foreign countries. The research and application of near-infrared spectroscopy for cane sugar manufacturing industry is rapidly development in domestic. The domestic application prospect and development trend of the near-infrared spectroscopy in cane sugar manufacturing industry has been discussed,according to the research present situation at home and abroad.
