旋流雾化技术特点分析及其在烟气脱硫中的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对火力发电厂烟气超洁净排放要求,用旋流雾化深度脱硫技术改造某300 MW火电机组脱硫系统,在原喷淋层下增设1层旋流雾化层,通过切向布置于脱硫塔圆周的旋流雾化器,使脱硫浆液高效雾化,强化吸收塔内烟气与浆液传质及反应过程,提高流场均匀性,解决了脱硫塔内烟气走廊问题,同时因为颗粒比表面积和气液接触时间增大,提高了脱硫效率,降低了系统能耗。结果表明,脱硫效率达99%以上,出口SO2浓度低于10~20 mg/Nm3,脱硫塔内烟气粉尘脱除效率达90%,实现了脱硫除尘一体化。 Aiming at the requirement of ultra-clean emission of flue gas in power plant,the deep-desulphurization technology is proposed. Based on the principle of this technology,it is applied to the reformation of the desulphurization system of a 300 MW coal-fired power plant. By tangentially arranged in the desulfurization tower circumference of the cyclone atomizer,it can achieve high efficiency atomization desulfurization slurry,can achieve high efficiency atomization desulfurization slurry,and strengthen the absorption tower flue gas and slurry mass transfer and reaction process,improve the uniformity of the flow field. Which solves the flue gas corridor problem in the desulfuriaing tower,and improves the desulfurization efficiency and reduces the system energy consumption because of the increase of the particle specific surface area and the gas-liquid contact time. The results show that the addition of a layer of swirling atomization layer under the original sprinkler layer can achieve a desulfurization efficiency of over 99% and an export SO2 concentration of less than 10 ~ 20 mg/Nm3,and the difficiency of flue gas dust removal 90%,to achieve the desulfurization and dust integration.
