摘要
目的:观察载异烟肼于介孔二氧化硅(mesoporous silica nanoparticles,MSN)、β-磷酸三钙(β-tricalcium phosphates,β-TCP)、明胶(gelatin)复合支架的体外释放特征。方法:通过高效液相色谱法对MSN/β-TCP/gelatin、MSN/β-TCP、β-TCP体外异烟肼加载及释放的比较。结果:体外药物实验中MSN/β-TCP载药量比β-TCP大,药物缓释较好,涂布gelatin后缓释更加明显。结论:MSN/β-TCP/gelatin复合支架具有载药量大及药物缓释特性。
Objective To study release characteristics of MSN/β-TCP/gelatin loaded with isoniazid. Method The MSN/β-TCP/gelatin composite coat was contrasted with MSN/β-TCP and β-TCP in the drug load and release experiment by HPLC. Results Bigger drug load and sustained release of drug on MSN/β-TCP was observed compared to β-TCP. Sustained releasing was more obvious when MSN/β-TCP was coated by gelatin. Conclusion MSN/β-TCP/gelatin scaffold have a series merits like big load of drug,sustained drug release.
