可溶性弹性蛋白片段与D-二聚体对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

The value of s ELAF and D-dimer detection in the diagnosis of aortic dissection

目的:观察主动脉夹层(aortic dissection,AD)患者血浆中可溶性弹性蛋白片段、D-二聚体水平的变化,探讨其在诊断主动脉夹层中的临床价值。方法:选择AD患者12例,同时对照组为排除AD的胸痛患者22例,检测血浆中可溶性弹性蛋白片段与D-二聚体水平。结果:与对照组比较,AD组患者血浆中可溶性弹性蛋白片段与D-二聚体水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ROC曲线分析表明s ELAF、D-二聚体对AD有良好的诊断价值,相关分析表明它们有显著相关性(r=0.79,P=0.023)。结论:联合检测s ELAF、D-二聚体对AD的诊断有良好的诊断价值。

Objective To observe the change of plasm soluble elastin fragments（ s ELAF） and D-dimer levels in patients with aortic dissection,and explore their clinical value in diagnosis of aortic dissection. Method 12 patients with AD were selected,the control group were 22 patients complaint with chest pain exclude AD,plasm levels of s ELAF and D-dimer were detected in AD group and control group. Results Compared with the control group,plasm levels of s ELAF and D-dimer were significantly higher than those of control group（ P〈 0. 05）. ROC curve analysis showed that s ELAF and D-dimer were good markers in diagnosis of aortic dissection. and Pearson correlation analysis showed there were strong correlations between them（ r = 0. 79,P =0. 023）. Conclusion The combined detection of s ELAF and D-dimer have good value in diagnosis of aortic dissection.
