摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,提出理论假设及研究框架,以知识共享为中介变量,将创新绩效划分为管理创新和技术创新两个维度,构建创业团队的知识异质性、知识共享与管理创新、技术创新之间关系的模型。研究通过对256家新创企业的问卷调查进行实证分析,结果表明,创业团队知识异质性对管理创新和技术创新均有显著的正向影响;知识共享部分中介创业团队知识异质对管理创新和技术创新的正向影响。
The knowledge heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team refers to the differences between team members in education background, knowledge structure and cognitive style. To explore the knowledge heterogeneity influence on innovation performance, on the basis of literature review, this paper put forward the theoretical hypothesis and research framework,knowledge sharing as intermediary variables, the innovation performance is divided into two dimensions of management innovation and technological innovation, build the knowledge heterogeneity of entrepreneurial teams, knowledge sharing and management innovation, technology innovation model of the relationship.This paper argues that knowledge heterogeneity between entrepreneurial team members to promote the communication and exchange of knowledge, the members in the process of the exchange of knowledge, to generate new knowledge, collision and promote innovation performance. The study carried out the empirical analysis of 256 new enterprises. The results show that the knowledge heterogeneity of entrepreneurial team has significant positive influence on management innovation and technological innovation. Knowledge sharing can partly mediate the positive effects of the knowledge heterogeneity on management innovation and technological innovation.
