福建省加工贸易面临的挑战及转型升级路径

近年来,福建省加工贸易增长缓慢甚至出现负增长,在福建进出口中的比重持续下降。福建省加工贸易存在产品品牌少、技术弱等问题,面临外需疲软、产业外迁、劳动力成本上升等挑战。因此,应借助当前福建自贸试验区和21世纪海上丝绸之路核心区建设的良好契机,完善政府服务职能,深化与"海丝"沿线国家和地区的产业合作,加快培育和扶持具有当地特色和核心竞争力的加工贸易产业集群,从而促进福建省加工贸易的创新发展。

In recent years, the growth ol processing trade in Fujian Province is slow, even showing a negative state.T h e proportion ol Fujian’s processing trade in the export and import has been declining continuously.There are m a n yproblems existed in processing trade ol Fujian, such as lew brands and poor technology, at the sa m e time, there arem a n y challenges, including the w e a k external d e m a n d , industries’ moving out and labor costs’ rising, etc. T h egovernment service lunctions should be improved by m e a n s ol the good opportunities ol constructions ol Fujian lreetrade regions and the core zone ol the 21th Century Maritime Silk R o a d , the industry cooperation with the relevantcountries and regions should be deepened and the cultivation and support ol industry cluster ol processing trade withlocal characteristics and core competitiveness should be accelerated, so as to promote the innovation and development ol processing trade in Fujian Province.
