摘要
针对某型天然气发动机气门和气门座圈磨损,且气门座圈存在偏磨的问题进行排查和分析,发现其主要影响因素为各缸排温(座圈温度)、气门所受侧向推力以及缸盖自身结构问题。通过改善缸盖本体冷却,降低气门所受侧向推力,提高气门、座圈和导管材质的耐磨性和材料间的匹配,降低气门座圈面压等措施,使该问题得到了有效解决。
To solve the valve-valve seat wear and the eccentric wear of the valve seat for the NG engine, some causes have been found, such as the exhaust temperature or the valve seat temperature, the lateral thrust to the valve and the cylinder head design. Finally, a solution has been proposed, which includes reducing the lateral thrust for the valve, improving cooling efficiency for the cylinder head, and wear resistance and material matching for the valve, valve seat and valve guide.
