新疆春小麦品种(系)抗白粉病基因的分子检测 被引量:6

摘要 通过苗期抗性鉴定和抗病基因的分子标记检测,筛选对小麦白粉病具有抗性的春小麦品种(系),明确Pm4、Pm8和Pm21在新疆春小麦品种(系)中的分布现状,为新疆春小麦品种的合理布局及抗白粉病品种的选育提供依据。苗期抗性鉴定结果表明,新春38号和366S表现出抗性,高抗植株与中感植株的比率为2∶1,新春12号、新春15号、新春18号等29个小麦品种(系)对小麦白粉病均表现为高感。分子标记检测结果表明,新春27号、1354和1360含有Pm4基因;983-S、MJ307、HMJ555和1112含有Pm8基因;366S含有Pm21基因。采用苗期抗性鉴定和分子标记检测相结合的方法,可大大提高抗白粉病品种鉴定的准确性。 The present study was conducted to screen spring wheat cultivars( lines) which had resistance to wheat powdery mildew,and to define the distribution of Pm4,Pm8 and Pm21 in the spring wheat varieties( lines) in Xinjiang by seedling resistance identification and molecular markers detection of wheat resistance genes,so as to provide the basis for cultivar deployment and disease resistance breeding. The results showed that Xinchun No. 38 and 366 S showed resistance to wheat powdery mildew by wheat seedling resistance identification,and the ratio of high resistant plants to middle sensitive plants was 2∶ 1.Twenty nine wheat cultivars( lines) such as Xinchun No. 12,Xinchun No. 15,and Xinchun No. 18 showed high sensitivity to wheat powdery mildew. Pm4 was detected in Xinchun No. 27,1354 and 1360. Pm8 was detected in 983-S,MJ307,HMJ555 and 1112. Pm21 was detected in 366 S. The combination of seedling resistance identification and molecular markers detection of wheat resistance genes can greatly improve the identification accuracy of wheat cultivars( lines) resistant to powdery mildew.
