摘要 燃煤电厂一般以实现最低稳燃调度负荷区间的宽负荷脱硝为运行目标,部分电厂还需花费巨资通过技改途径来实现。为此,针对选择性催化还原(selective,catalytic reduction,SCR)脱硝系统低负荷无法投运的难题,结合某超超临界燃煤发电机组实际情况,开展全负荷脱硝技术研究及实践。在不对设备进行改造的情况下,通过利用机组各项有利边界条件,对锅炉侧、汽轮机侧、逻辑控制等方面进行技术优化,实现超超临界燃煤发电机组"零投资"的全负荷脱硝(机组并网前即投运脱硝),环境保护的社会、经济效益显著。 Coal-fired power plants generally aim at realizing wide load denitration of the minimum combustion dispatching load,and some power plants even cost huge money for technical improvement. Therefore,in viewof that the selective catalytic reduction( SCR) denitration system fails to be put into operation under lowload,research on full-load denitration technology was developed by combining with actual situation of one ultra-supercritical coal-fired generator unit. Under circumstance of none transformation for equipment,favorable boundary terms of the unit were used to perform optimized technical transformation on aspects such as boiler side,steam turbine side and logic control so as to realize zero investment full-load denitration of the ultra-supercritical coal-fired generator unit before grid-connection and bring about significant social and economic benefits for environmental protection.
