摘要
华能海门电厂1 036 MW火电机组厂用电系统运行中出现供电可靠性不足,造成机组出力受限。为此,分析厂用电系统存在的不足和缺陷,探讨厂用电系统中重要负荷电源布置、工作及备用辅机电源分布、低压厂用电源的可靠性、保安段逻辑设置等对机组正常运行的影响,根据实际情况提出解决方案并进行优化改造。实施优化后,提高了厂用电系统的可靠性,保障了机组重要辅机运行的稳定性。
Insufficient power supply reliability of the auxiliary power system of 1 036 MW thermal power unit in Huaneng Haimen power plant has caused limited output of the unit. Therefore,this paper analyzes shortages and defects of the auxiliary power system and discusses influence on the unit by important load power source arrangement,working and backup auxiliaries power source distribution,reliability of lowvoltage auxiliary power,logic setting of safety protective section,and so on. According to actual conditions,it proposes solution for optimized transformation. Optimized transformation measures have improved reliability of the auxiliary system and ensured operation stability of important auxiliaries.
