碳纳米管与环氧树脂复合材料的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 多壁碳纳米管经浓硫酸与浓硝酸(V浓硫酸∶V浓硝酸=3∶1)进行表面功能化处理后,与氯化亚砜进行酰氯反应,再与三乙烯四氨进行接枝反应,可得到氨功能化的多壁碳纳米管。对复合材料进行了力学性能测试。测试发现:氨功能化的多壁碳纳米管是更有效的增强增韧填料。 The multi-walled carbon-nanotubes were functionally treated by concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid nitric acid( V concentrated sulfuric acid∶ V = 3 ∶ 1),and reacted with sulfoxide chloride,then taken place the graft reaction with triethylene four ammonia. The mechanical properties of ammonia functionalization could be obtained composite materials were tested. The test found that a multi-walled carbon-nanotube with ammonia function alization was more effective in enhancing the toughening filler.
