摘要
分别以3-羟基丙腈和甲醇为原料合成氯维地平的两个杂质CLP-D和CLP-E,并经核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱确证其结构。两种杂质的总收率分别是12.80%和12.91%。该合成路线有利于氯维地平的质量控制。
Two impurities of clevidipine butyrate CLP-D and CLP-E were synthesized from 3-hydroxypropionitrile and methanol and the structures of the two impurities were confirmed by1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR and Mass Spectrometry( MS). The yields were 12. 80% and 12. 91% respectively. The synthetic method could be helpful for the quality control of clevidipine butyrate.
