摘要 本文首先阐述了织物中热传递的3种方式,综述了目前热防护织物在消防服、战训服、防熔融铝液喷溅防护服、防电弧服、焊接毯等方面的性能要求和制备技术进展;针对目前热防护织物制备过程中主要依靠大量热防护性能实验的问题,本文提出基于纱线的交织结构建立织物的三维几何模型,利用数值模拟预测织物的隔热性能,具有简单、快捷、成本低、环保等优势,是热防护纺织材料设计、开发及性能评估的重要方法之一。 In this paper, the three ways of heat transfer of fabrics are described, and the performance requirements and preparation technology of the thermal protective fabrics for firefighters' clothing, combating uniform, anti-melting aluminum liquid splash protective clothing, electric arc protective clothing and welding blanket are summarized. Currently, thermal protective fabrics are developed based on lots of experiments on thermal protective performance. This paper claims that setting up three-dimensional geometric model of fabric and then predicting the heat-shielding performance of the fabric by using numerical simulation is one of the important methods in design, development and performance evaluation of the thermal protective fabrics, which has the advantages of simple, fast, low cost and environmentally friendly.
