小胶质细胞与精神分裂症的相关研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 小胶质细胞在精神分裂症的病理生理机制中发挥的作用是多重的,活化的小胶质细胞可诱发级联免疫反应导致神经免疫异常,包括促炎因子的大量释放,犬尿酸途径的代谢异常以及促氧化应激反应,另一方面可通过对突触的异常修剪及减少神经营养支持造成神经发育异常,最终导致精神病性症状。文章对小胶质细胞在精神分裂症中涉及的炎症机制和神经发育障碍机制的研究进行综述。 Microglia plays multiple roles in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia .Activated microglia can induce a cascade of immune responses leading to neuroimmunological abnormalities , including the release of proinflammatory cytokines , the metabolic ab-normalities of the kynurenic acid pathway , and the oxidative stress response .On the other hand , it can lead to the neurodevelopmental abnormalities through the abnormal pruning of synapses and reducing the lack of neurotrophic support , eventually having psychotic symptoms.This article reviews the recent advances in the pathogenesis of microglia being involved in schizophrenia .
