摘要 蜂蜜治疗是近年来用于伤口治疗的新方法,研究发现蜂蜜不仅具有抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、免疫调节、自溶清创、除臭作用,对慢性伤口细菌生物膜也有抑制作用。文章就蜂蜜抑制慢性伤口细菌生物膜的作用机制,不同种类蜂蜜对不同细菌产生的生物膜的有效作用浓度以及蜂蜜中起抗生物膜作用的主要成分等进行综述,旨在为临床使用蜂蜜治疗慢性伤口提供依据。 Honey treatment is a new method for wound treatment in recent years .Research found that honey not only has the effects of antibacteria, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation, immunoregulation, autolytic debridement and deodorization , and also can in-hibit bacterial biofilm on chronic wounds .This article reviews the mechanism of honey on the biofilm of chronic wounds , the effective concentration of different kinds of honey on biofilm produced by different bacteria and the main compositions of anti -biofilm effect in honey, which can provide a basis for the clinical use of honey to treat chronic wounds .
