摘要
目的了解沈阳市级医院人员对激励机制的需求状况。方法通过问卷调查和深度访谈的形式了解沈阳市10家市级医院330名各类人员对激励机制的需求现状。结果不同岗位的工作人员对激励方式、内容及需求不同,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中医生最需要的是精神激励及能力培训,护士最需要的是提高待遇,管理人员最需要的是合理的规范制度。结论在给予不同岗位员工激励时应该根据其需求建立有效的激励目标和科学化的激励手段,物质与精神激励并重,从而提高职工工作积极性。
Objective:To understand the needs of hospital staff on incentive mechanism in Shenyang. Method:The author, through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, learned about the demand status of 330 personnel of all kinds in 10 municipal hospitals in Shenyang. Result: Staff in different posts have different demands on incentive mode and content, showing statistically significant difference(P 〈0. 05), of which what the doctors need most is the spirit motivation and ability training, the nurses need most is to improve the treatment,and the managers need most is a reasonable regulations and systems. Conclusion: In the process of giving incentives to employees in different positions, effective incentive objectives and scientific incentives should be established according to their demands.and both material and spiritual incentive should be combined to enhance the enthusiasm of the workers.
