摘要
"全面二孩"政策实施以来,职工生育热情高涨,对公立医院人力供给造成了不小的压力。某公立医院为了更好地了解本院女性护理人员生育意愿与生育计划,在全院范围内进行了调查,并制定了相关的应对政策,在保障医院正常运营的基础上,保障女职工合法权益,负担起单位的社会责任,积极维护国家计划生育政策。
Since the implementation of the universal two-child policy,the workers' enthusiasm of childbearing has increased,w hich has caused a lot of pressure on the manpow er supply of public hospitals. A public hospital,in order to better understand female nursing staff reproductive intention and family planning,made a hospital-w ide survey and formulated the relevant policies,w hich,on the basis of protecting the normal operation of the hospital and safeguarding legitimate rights and interests of female w orkers,affords units of social responsibility and actively safeguards the national family planning policy.
