本文总结我国医疗服务定价现状以及我国医疗服务价格制定中存在的问题,重点对美国、英国、德国、新加坡等典型国家的医疗服务定价方法与特点及管理模式进行研究,发现医疗服务管理模式对其价格的影响,进而为进一步完善我国医疗服务定价机制提供一定的借鉴与参考。

This paper summarizes the status quo of medical service pricing and the existing problems in our country,makes the oriented research on the medical service pricing method,the characteristics and management mode typically in the United States, Great Britain, Germany,Singapore and other countries,finds the effects of medical service management pattern on the price,and provides certain reference to further perfect the medical service pricing mechanism in our country.
