摘要
目的为了解决目前医院采购与物流管理中存在诸多问题,开发一套管理信息系统(HPD),提高服务水平与工作效率。方法结合案例分析法和定性分析法,以芜湖市第二人民医院为例,分析物流管理中存在的问题,研究开发采购与物流之间协作的管理信息系统。结果 HPD系统的应用,形成了医院物资从采购到领用消耗全部过程的信息链,对节省人力成本费用,减轻科室物资领用人员和物流中心工作人员的工作量,将之前零散领货模式简化为现在每天固定时间20 min左右并且流程化稳定化。结论 HPD系统的应用能够增强医院物资、货币资金等同重要的管理意识和成本管理意识,提升物资管理精细化水平,保证医院经济活动的健康运行。
Objective: In order to solve the problems in hospital procurement and logistics management,a management information system( HPD) is developed to improve service level and efficiency. Method: Based on case analysis and qualitative analysis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in logistics management in the Second People's Hospital in Wuhu,and studies the management information system of cooperation betw een purchasing and physical distribution. Result: The application of HPD system formed the information chain for hospital materials from procurement to all recipients of consumption in the w hole process so that the manpow er cost is saved,the w orkload of department supplies recipients staff and logistics center reduced since the previous scattered model of goods collecting is simplified to a fixed time of about 20 min every day now in a streamline and stabilization. Conclusion:Application of HPD system can enhance the equally important management and cost management consciousness of hospital supplies and monetary funds,improve the level of the refined material management and ensure the healthy operation of economic activities in the hospital.
