摘要
在高校人才培养工作的人学理论指导方面,应坚持马克思主义人学思想,也可以借鉴其他思想家的思想,如帕菲特的人学思想。帕菲特认为,人是为理由行动的能动者,个人不是与身体、大脑和经验相分离的独立存在的实体,把人仅仅视为工具是错误的,人具有某种绝对的重要性。这些对于高校人才培养具有一定的借鉴意义。高校人才培养活动必须向教育的本意回归,实现人的自我建构,要尊重个体的丰富性和差异性,要促进个体对生命的理解与尊重,体现对个体生活、生存状况的关切,使教育成为个体自由全面发展的力量源泉。
The talent-cultivation in colleges and universities should be guided by the Marxism theory, and it can also learn from others, such as Parfit's hominology thought. Parfit believes that human beings are the onfy rational beings that can both understand and re- spond to reasons; a person is not the kind of separately existing entity distinct from his brain and body; people have some kind of absolute inportance and it is wrong to regard any person as a mere instrument or tool. The talent-cultivation in colleges and uni- versities should relxim to its origin of acWeving self-constmction, respecthg 也e richness and diversity of individuals, promoting the individual's understanding of life, and concerning about individual living conditions to make education be the source of individ-ual free and full development.
