摘要
ARCS动机模型包含动机产生、维持的过程及关键要素:注意、关联、信心和满意,为探析独立学院推进SPOC应用的路径选择提供了新的视角。独立学院要推进SPOC应用,需整合学院、教师、学生三个层面的力量,形成合力。在ARCS动机模型视角下,学院、教师、学生层面均需对SPOC进行主动的关注,并把SPOC与自身的发展密切关联,同时对SPOC的应用要充满信心,重视对SPOC满意度的维持和反馈。唯此,独立学院才能在推进SPOC应用的过程中产生强大而持久的动力,保证SPOC的顺利进行。最终通过SPOC的应用,全面推动独立学院的长远发展。
The ARCS motivatioml model incWes processes and key elements tto generate and of motivation: attention, relevance confidence and satisfaction, it provides a new angle of view for exploring the path choice of independent colleges to promote the application of SPOC. If the independent colleges want to promote applications of SPOC, it needs to integrate the power of colle-ges, teachers and students. In view of ARCS motivational model, colleges, teachers and students should focus on the SPOC ac- tivefy, combine the application of SPOC with their own development, be confident and attach importance to satisfaction and feedback of SPOC. Only in this way can independent colleges have strong and lasting inpetus in promoting and ensure SPOC application. Finalfy, through the application of SPOC, it will comprehensively promote the long-term development of independent colleges.
