浅析高职体育教学中教师主导的价值及其实现路径

Analysis on Teacher's Dominant Value and Its Realization Path in Higher Vocational Physical Education

教师主导在高职体育教学中具有重要的作用。教师主导能够打破传统体育教学模式对学生身心发展的束缚,有助于学生体验运动的快乐与乐趣,并建立良好的师生关系。高职体育教师应从教学方法、教学手段、教学内容、教学环境、学习方式和教学评价等角度入手,树立正确的教师观,不断提高自身的专业修养,充分发挥教师在体育教学中的主导作用。

Teachers, dominance plays an inortant role in physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges. Teacher’s dominance can break the restriction of traditional sports teaching pattern to the students, body and mind development, sports can he垆 students experience the joy and fun, and establish a good relationsh between teachers and students. The physical education teachers should set up correct teaching method, teaching means, teaching contents, teaching environment, students＇ learning modes and teaching evaluation; buiM itp the correct view on teachers, constant improve their professional quality, and give fiill play to the dominant role of teachers in teaching.
