青年教师的教学能力关乎高校的人才培养质量。通过对南京财经大学红山学院青年教师进行调研,分析了学院青年教师教学能力的现状,总结了存在的主要问题,详细阐述了提升教学能力的方式和途径,构建了高校青年教师教学能力的"金字塔模型"和"洋葱模型"。

The teaching ability of young teachers is essential to the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities. Through the investigation of the young teachers of Hongshan College of Nanjing University of Finance and Economics,the paper analyzes the current situation of the young teachers' teaching ability,summarizes the main problems,elaborates the ways and means to enhance the teaching ability,and constructs the ' pyramid model' and ' onion model' of young teachers' teaching ability.
