摘要
通过对积极心理学理论的研究,分析了积极心理学在高职教育管理运用中的基本原则,从引导学生形成积极的情绪体验、培养大学生形成积极的人格品质、创建积极的校园环境等方面,提出了积极心理学在高职教育管理中的具体实施路径,以期为高职院校做好心理健康教育提供借鉴。
Through the study of positive psychology theory,the paper analyses the basic principles of positive psychology in the application of higher vocational education management to guide students to form a positive emotional experience,form positive personality quality,create a positive campus environment and etc. The paper puts forward the implementing path of positive psychology in higher vocational education management to provide reference of mental health education in higher vocational colleges.
