摘要 [目的]评价氨基寡糖素对玉米苗期生长的影响。[方法]以氨基寡糖素不同浓度及不同处理时间对玉米进行拌种处理,考察玉米壮苗各指标。[结果]氨基寡糖素处理效果与氨基寡糖素的浓度及处理时间关系密切,只有氨基寡糖素浓度和处理时间搭配适宜,才能达到预期的效果。[结论]有利于玉米壮苗的处理方式是氨基寡糖素浓度为5.0%拌种、放置12 h晾干。 [Objective] Effect of amino oligosaccharin on the growth of maize in seedling was studied.[Method]The seeds were treated with amino oligosaccharin in different concentrations and different processing time,then the index of strong seedling was investigated. [Result]The effect of amino oligosaccharide treatment was closely related to the concentration and processing time. Only the relationship between concentration of amino oligosaccharide and processing time was proper to achieve the desired effect. [Conclusion]The best approach to maize seedling is as follows: amino oligosaccharin concentration 5. 0%,dressing for 12 hours to dry.
