霍州煤电锚杆支护材料标准化系列化研究

Study of Standardization and Serialization of Anchoring Support Material of Huozhou Coal Power

在分析锚杆支护材料发展现状和霍州煤电集团锚杆支护材料存在不足的基础上,对霍州煤电集团原有支护材料进行改进,引进屈服强度500MPa级锚杆钢材,开发新型锚杆锚索托板,使其与各种锚杆锚索更加匹配,增加球形垫圈和减摩垫圈,提高锚杆预紧扭矩转化效果,更大限度发挥锚杆锚索支护作用,实现锚杆锚索和托板等附件的标准化和系列化。在各矿井下应用均表明,改进后的支护材料支护效果良好。

Based on the problems of anchoring support material of Huozhou coal power group and development state were analyzed,the original anchoring support material of Huozhou coal power group were improved,the rock bolt steel that yield strength is 500 MPa was used in field,and new type rock bolt and anchor plate was developed,and it could be matched with all kinds of rock bolt and anchor,spherical washer and antifriction washer also used in field,and translation effects of rock bolt pretension torsion moment was improved also,and supporting results of rock bolt and anchor was utilized largely,standardization and serialization of rock bolt,anchor and plate were realized,the field test showed that supporting results of improvement support material was favourable.
