摘要
脑膜瘤是中枢神经系统常见肿瘤,多表现为良性,手术切除后,侵袭性脑膜瘤容易复发,给临床工作造成巨大困难。近年来随着分子生物学的发展,对于侵袭性脑膜瘤及其复发机制进行较多的研究。文章从脑膜瘤信号通路、激素受体、生长因子及其受体和基质金属蛋白酶类及其组织抑制剂等方面进行综述。
Meningioma is a common tumor in central nervous system and usually benign. After surgical resection, invasive meningioma is easy to relapse, which causes great difficulties in clinical work. In recent years, invasive meningioma and its recurrence mechanism have been well studied with the development of molecular biology. In this paper, we reviewed meningioma signaling pathways, hormone receptors, growth factors and their receptors, and matrix metalloproteinases and their tissue inhibitors.
