传统文化不仅是提升中华民族凝聚力的重要动力,同时也是维系我国社会大众的精神纽带。在数千年的发展传承中,我国传统文化已经融入到我国社会大众的行为规范和思想意识之中,并对我国社会、经济、精神文明等产生了重要的影响。在大学生思想政治教育中重视发挥我国传统文化的作用,不仅是引导大学生群体对我国传统文化进行继承的要求,同时也是提升大学生思想政治教育成效的有效途径。因此,对于我国大学生思想政治教育工作的开展而言,我国传统文化能够发挥出不容忽视的借鉴与指导作用,它能够提升大学生思想政治教育的渗透力与吸引力,推动大学生群体养成良好的道德品质,提高大学生群体的民族认同感和归宿感。因此,高校要从校园文化建设、传统文化的课程建设、师资队伍建设、提高大学生主动学习优秀传统文化的意识等方面,思考传统文化融入大学生思想政治教育中的有效途径。

Traditional culture is not only an important driving force for Chinese national coherence but the spiritual bond for all theChinese. Over the thousands of years of cultural continuity and development, Chinese traditional culture has been incorporated into thecodes of conduct as well as the ideology of the public. It also has significant effects on such aspects as the society, the economy, the spiritualcivilization and so on. In the ideological and political education of college students, it is believed important to have Chinese traditionalculture perform its role. Not only is it the college students ＊ demand to inherit Chinese traditional culture but it is an effective way to promotethe ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, traditional culture plays a referenced and conductional functionin the college students＇ ideological and political education. It is able to improve college students＇ ideological and political education penetrationand attractive, promote college students＇ good moral quality, improve college students＇ sense of national identity and sense of community.Therefore, when thinking the effective way of infiltrating the traditional culture into the ideological and political education, wemust put our hands on the construction of campus culture, the traditional culture curriculum construction, teaching staff construction, andthe college students＇ traditional culture learning activation.
