摘要
目的:探讨微课感控教育形式对感染科护士HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护知信行的干预效果。方法:选取本院东区感染科26名护士作为研究对象,利用微课形式开展HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护感控教育干预,干预周期为2个月。对比分析干预前后的护士HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护知信行问卷调查结果和职业暴露发生率。结果:干预后护士HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护知识认知度、职业暴露防护健康行为依从性明显优于干预前;干预前一年度护士HIV/AIDS职业暴露发生率与干预后一年度相比,干预后护士HIV/AIDS职业暴露发生率明显低于干预前;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课感控教育形式,能明显促进感染科护士对HIV/AIDS职业暴露防护知识认知,促进护士对职业暴露防护行为依从性,降低职业暴露事件发生,提高职业暴露防护水平。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of the form of micro-course of sensory education on HIV/AIDS occupational exposure protection in nurses.Methods:A total of 26 nurses in the eastern part of our hospital were selected as the research subjects.HIV/AIDS occupational exposure protection education intervention was conducted in the form of micro-course.The intervention period was two months.The results of questionnaire survey and the incidence of occupational exposure were observed before and after the intervention.Results:Pregnant nurses HIV/AIDS occupational exposure protection knowledge awareness,occupational exposure protection health behavior compliance was significantly better than before intervention;intervention in the previous year nurses HIV/AIDS occupational exposure rate compared with the intervention year after the intervention of nurses.The incidence of occupational exposure to HIV/AIDS was significantly lower than that before intervention(P〈0.05).Conclusion:It can promote the cognition of nurses' awareness of HIV/AIDS occupational exposure protection,promote the compliance of nurses to occupational exposure protection,reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure and improve the level of occupational exposure protection.
