摘要
报告一例老年肺部感染成功拔管患者的护理,通过运用Gordon十一项功能性健康评估工具进行护理评估。护理重点包括呼吸照顾的护理,有效清理呼吸道,协助患者翻身,防止患者无意识拔管;呼吸机调节护理,根据患者的病情变化,合理调整呼吸机参数,教导患者有效配合呼吸机呼吸;营养和排泄护理:应用Harris-Benedict公式和校正因素算的患者每日所需的基本能量,合理调整肠内营养的输入;躯体移动受损护理:协助患者翻身,维护患者的身体皮肤完好和四肢功能提升;心理护理:主动关怀,个案接受在重症监护室治疗的事实并配合治疗。
To report the nursing care of patient with senile pulmonary infection,Through Gordon eleven functional health assessment tools.The key points of nursing include respiratory care,effective clearing of respiratory tract,assisting patients to turn over,and preventing patients from extubation unconsciously;Breathing machine regulation nursing,according to the patient＇s condition changes,reasonable adjustment ventilator parameters,teaching patients effectively cooperate with ventilator breathing;Nutrition and excretion nursing：use the Harris-Benedict formula and correction factor to calculate the daily essential energy of patients,and adjust the input of enteral nutrition reasonably;Physical mobility impaired care：to help patients turn over,maintain the patient＇s body,skin and limbs function;Psychological care：active care,case acceptance,treatment in the intensive care unit,and treatment.
