一例咳嗽性晕厥患者的护理经验

Nursing experience of a patient with cough syncope

本文以一例咳嗽性晕厥患者为例,运用Gordon十一项功能性健康评估工具,从患者健康认知及健康处理型态、营养情况、活动情况、排泄情况和自我感觉各方面进行护理评估,护理重点为:跌倒护理:指导家属在患者因咳嗽性晕厥而发生跌倒时,取正确体位,保持呼吸道通畅,同时提高患者的自我保护意识;呼吸道护理:指导患者进行有效深呼吸、咳嗽;心理护理:由于频繁的晕厥,患者对疾病的认识缺乏,恐惧心理强烈,需加强对患者的心理护理;睡眠护理:增加疾病知识,提供舒适的睡眠环境,促进舒适和睡眠;营养和排泄护理:提供合理的膳食,提高患者的机体营养代谢能力。

This article describes a case of cough syncope,using Gordon eleven functional health assessment tools for nursing assessment,The nursing emphasis is：Fall care：to guide the family members to take the correct posture,to keep the airway unobstructed and to improve the self-protection consciousness of the patients when they fall down due to cough syncope;Respiratory tract care：guide the patient for effective deep breathing and coughing;Psychological care：due to frequent syncope,the lack of awareness of the disease,fear is strong,the need to strengthen the psychological care of patients;Sleep care：increase disease knowledge,provide a comfortable sleep environment,and promote comfort and sleep Nutrition and excretory care：provide a reasonable diet,improve the patient＇s body nutrition metabolism ability.
