摘要
目的:分析死胎的相关病因,寻找临床处理方案。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2016年12月本院所有的妊娠14周以上的死胎病例资料。结果:2016年分娩总量6735例,其中死胎42例,占比0.62%,其中17例无明确死因,在明确病因的死胎病例中,胎盘脐带因素占56.00%,母体合并症为致命死因者占28.00%,胎儿发育异常者占16.00%。结论:胎盘脐带因素为死胎的主要原因,应重视孕期产检和孕期宣教,力争及早的发现母胎的危险,避免死胎的结局。
Objective：to analyze the related etiologies of stillbirth and to find the clinical treatment plan.Methods：from January 2016 to December,all the cases of stillbirth in our hospital over 14 weeks were analyzed retrospectively.Results：42 cases of patients with stillbirth,stillbirth rate was 0.62%,of which 17 cases without a clear cause of death.In the specific causes of stillbirth in cases,placenta factors accounted for 56.00%,maternal complications accounted for 28.00%fatal death,fetal abnormalities accounted for 16.00%.Conclusion：the placenta factors are the main causes of stillbirth,and we should pay attention to pregnancy inspection and pregnancy education,and strive to discover fetal risk,avoid stillbirth ending.
