摘要
目的了解烟台市ICU专科护士培训方法、内容、时间等方面需求及其核心能力情况,为构建ICU专科护士培训模式提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法,选取烟台市三所医院160名ICU护士作为调查对象,自行设计ICU专科护士培训需求及核心能力调查问卷进行现场调查,所得数据采用SPSS 21.0进行统计学分析,以构成比、均数±标准差及Pearson相关性进行统计描述。结果三所医院的ICU护理人员中年轻工作者比例大,20~29岁(72.90%);63.87%ICU护士参加过有关专业培训,培训方式以理论讲授为主(64.65%);ICU专科护士核心能力6个维度中科研能力得分为(11.79±5.87)分,相对其它核心能力得分较低;职称是管理协调能力及团队合作能力的显著影响因素(P<0.05),工作年限是临床思维能力及科研能力的显著影响因素(P<0.05);ICU护士均有培训需求,希望医院能够多提供培训机会并提出了培训建议。结论针对烟台市ICU专科护士群体年轻化,其科研能力有待进一步提高,相关培训有待进一步加强等现状,应根据ICU专科护士的人群特点及工作性质科学设置培训内容、培训时长及培训方式,从而构建适合烟台市ICU专科护士培训模式。
Objective To understand the training methods, content and time requirements of ICU nurses in Yantai and their core competencies, so as to provide reference for the training mode of ICU nurses. Methods According to convenient sampling method, a total of 160 ICU nurses from three hospitals in Yantai were selected as the respondents. A self-designed questionnaire for training needs and core competencies of ICU specialist nurses was conducted on-site investigation. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0, statistical analysis was made of the component ratio, the mean, the standard deviation and the Pearson correlation. Results According to the survey, among the ICU nurses in the three hospitals, young workers were in the majority, and between 20 to 29 years old accounted for 72.90%. 63.87% of ICU nurses participated in professional training. The training mode mainly focused on theoretical teaching, accounting for 64.65%. Among the 6 dimensions, the scientific research ability (11.79±5.87) points of ICU nurses was lower than the other core abilities. The professional title was a significant influence factor of management coordination ability and team cooperation ability (P 〈 0.05), and the working lifetime was a significant influence factor of clinical thinking ability and scientific research ability (P 〈 0.05). And all of ICU nurses thought training is necessary and they want to have more training opportunities. Conclusion The ICU specialty nurses group is young, they lack of scientific research ability and the related training, so it should be based on ICU nurse personnel's characteristics and the nature of the work science set up the training content, training time and training methods, so as to construct the Yantai ICU specialty nurses' training mode.
