摘要
目的对研究生循证医学教学改革的方法及效果展开观察与分析,以期为创新人才培养提供可靠依据。方法选取我省52名皮肤科专业研究生作为实验对象。将其随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取循证医学常规教学模式,观察组则开展循证医学教学改革。对比并评价两组的教学效果。结果观察组学生对教学效果及对自身帮助的满意度分别为100%与96.2%,均高于对照组的80.8%与76.9%;观察组学生的理论成绩及临床实践能力均高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培养研究生创新能力是高等院校当前面临的重要使命。通过开展研究生循证医学教学改革,可充分促进教学效果及学生创新实践能力的提升。
Objective To investigate and analyze the methods and effects of evidence-based medicine teaching reform in graduate students, so as to provide a reliable basis for the training of innovative talents. Methods 52 postgraduates at department of dermatology in our province were selected as the experimental subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received evidencebased medicine routine teaching mode, while the observation group carried out evidence-based medicine teaching reform. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results The satisfaction of the students in the observation group on teaching effect and self help was 100% and 96.2% respectively, which were higher than 80.8% and 76.9% of the control group; The theoretical scores and clinical practice ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is an important mission for colleges and universities to cultivate the innovative ability of postgraduates. Through carrying out the teaching reform of evidence-based medicine for graduate students, the teaching effect and the students' innovative practice ability can be promoted.
