摘要 目的 对 PBL 教学法在神经内科临床护理带教中的应用效果进行评析。方法 选取我院神经内科接收的 84 名实习生作为研究对象。将其均分为两组。对照组采取传统带教法,探究组采取 PBL 教学法。实习结束后,两组护理生的理论和实践操作考试成绩,并通过问卷调查掌握护理生的教学满意度情况。结果 探究组实习生的理论成绩、实践操作成绩分别为(83.1±2.4)分、(90.2±3.1)分。探究组学生的教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义( P < 0.05)。结论 在神经内科护理带教中采取 PBL 教学法,可有效提升教学质量。 Objective To evaluate the effect of PBL teaching method in clinical nursing instruction of Neurology department. Methods 84 interns from neurology department of our hospital were selected as the study subjects and were divided into two groups. The control group took traditional teaching method, and the study group adopted PBL teaching method. After the practice, two groups of nursing students in theory and practice, examination results, and through questionnaires to master the teaching satisfaction of nursing students. Results The theoretical scores and practical operation scores of the trainees in the research group were (83.1 ± 2.4) points, (90.2 ± 3.1) points. The teaching satisfaction of the inquiry group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality in the nursing instruction of neurology department.
