摘要
目的探讨应用案例教学法开展教学活动在医学领域的影像专业教学中的效果。方法选取我校影像学专业的本科学生88名作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组、B组。A组采用案例分析法,B组采用常规教学方法。对比两种教学效果,从而判断案例教学法所具备的教学优势。结果 A组学生理论成绩、阅片成绩、总成绩均高于B组学生,两组数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B组学生分别对两种教学手段的满意度对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统教学手段,案例教学法所呈现的教学效果更为显著,院校应加强推广力度。
Objective To explore the effect of applying case teaching method in the teaching of medical imaging specialty in medical field. Methods 88 undergraduate students majoring in imaging in our university were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A adopts case analysis method, group B adopts conventional teaching method. To compare the two teaching effects, so as to judge the teaching advantages of case teaching method. Results Group A students' theoretical scores, reading scores, total scores were higher than those of group B students, the two groups of data comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Group A and group B students satisfaction degree of the two teaching methods were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching methods, the teaching effect of case teaching method is more obvious, and colleges should strengthen the promotion.
