PBL教学模式结合病例视频录像在神经外科见习教学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的教学模式(PBL)结合病例视频录像在神经外科见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院神经外科2015年3月—2017年3月新进本科见习生86名作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,每组各43名。参照组实施常规带教,研究组实施PBL教学模式结合病例视频录像带教,出科时对两组实习生的学习情况和授课满意度进行分析和比较。结果研究组见习生实践成绩和综合评分均优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组授课优良率为95.35%,高于参照组的76.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PBL教学模式结合病例视频录像实施神经外科见习带教效果显著。 Objeetive To explore the teaching mode of PBL (Problem Based Learning) and the application effect of video video in Department of neurosurgery. Methods 86 new undergraduate trainees from department of neurosurgery in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. The reference group implemented routine teaching, the research group received PBL teaching mode combined with the case of video teaching, students learning situation of two groups of students and teaching satisfaction are analyzed and compared. Results The practical and comprehensive scores of the trainees in the study group were obviously better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The excellent rate of teaching in the study group was 95.35%, higher than 76.74% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching model combined with video video case implementation Department of neurosurgery teaching effect is remarkable.
