CT和核磁共振成像在颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察CT和核磁共振成像在颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断效果。方法选取我院在2015年12月—2017年5月收治的疑似颅内海绵状血管瘤患者30例作为研究对象,对所有患者均先进行CT检查,之后,联合核磁共振成像进行诊断检查,并将检查结果与病理结果对比,以此分析CT和核磁共振成像的检查手段的准确率、特异度和敏感性,并研究CT和核磁共振成像的检查手法的临床应用价值。结果 CT联合核磁共振成像的诊断准确率、敏感度和特异度高于单一使用CT诊断的准确率、敏感度和特异度数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且CT联合核磁共振成像检查的诊断结果与病理结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT联合核磁共振成像在颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断效果十分显著,有其肯定的临床意义,可以为临床诊治提供可靠的治疗方向。 Objective To evaluate the effect of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of intracranial cavernous hemangioma. Methods 30 cases of patients with suspected intracranial cavernous hemangioma admitted in our hospital from December 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent CT examination, subsequently, a combined magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination was performed and the results were compared with the pathological findings. In order to analyze the accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of CT and MRI examination methods, and to study the clinical value of CT and MRI examination methods. Results The diagnosis of CT combined with magnetic'resonance imaging accuracy, sensitivity and specificity is higher than single use CT accuracy, the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis data, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); and CT combined with MRI diagnosis compared with the pathological results, there was no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion CT combined with magnetic resonance imaging is very significant in diagnosis of intraeranial cavernous hemangioma and its clinical significance is certain, can provide reliable treatment for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
